Alok Achkar Peres Petrillo, known professionally as ALOK, is a Brazilian musician, DJ, and record producer born on August 26, 1991 in Goiânia, Brazil. His name means "light" in Sanskrit, inspired by his parents' travels to India where they met spiritual guru Osho.
