He spent the following decade grinding through half-empty rooms across Merseyside and Northern England, teaching himself production on a pirated copy of Ableton in an illegal basement studio. That dedication paid off in 2017 when his debut single More Than Friends featuring Kelli-Leigh went Top 10 on the UK charts, earning multiple platinum and gold certifications. He followed it with a string of acclaimed releases including Afraid featuring Harlee, a residency on KISS FM, and remixes for Tiësto, Craig David, and Kim Petras.
