Miami Music Week gets a double dose of brilliance. Two of electronic music's most exciting artists—
Carlita and
LP Giobbi—unite for one extraordinary night at
LIV Nightclub Miami on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 inside the legendary
Fontainebleau Miami Beach. This is a celebration of genre-defying production, classical training, and undeniable dancefloor energy from two artists reshaping the sound of modern house music.
From Carlita's Turkish-psychedelic-infused melodic journeys to LP Giobbi's euphoric piano house anthems, this is Miami Music Week Wednesday done right.
About Carlita
Carla Frayman, known professionally as
Carlita, is a Turkish-Italian DJ, producer, and multi-instrumentalist born in Istanbul, Turkey. A classically trained musician who began playing cello at age eight and graduated from the Royal Academy of Music at sixteen, Carlita brings an extraordinary depth of musicianship to the electronic world. Her sound blends psychedelic and Turkish folk influences with house, downtempo, melodic techno, and organic rhythms—creating performances that are as emotionally resonant as they are dancefloor-ready.
Carlita's rapid ascent has seen her perform at the world's most prestigious festivals and venues including
Coachella,
Burning Man,
Tomorrowland,
Awakenings,
Sónar,
Cercle,
Circoloco, and
Printworks London. In 2023, she co-founded
Senza Fine, a multidisciplinary platform combining music, fashion, and visual arts, alongside her mentor and manager
DJ Tennis. The two also formed the collaborative project
Astra Club, debuting at Coachella.
In November 2024, Carlita released her highly anticipated debut album
Sentimental via
Ninja Tune. The 12-track project showcases the full range of her skillset—featuring collaborations with
SG Lewis,
DJ Tennis,
Elderbrook,
Cleo Simone, and
Orofino—and earned the cover of Spotify's flagship playlist
mint. Her breakout single
"Time" has become a standout closer in her DJ sets worldwide, while additional fan favorites include
"Zorro," "Cash for Love" (Circoloco Records),
"Ultra Violet" (Afterlife), and
"The Moment" featuring SG Lewis. In April 2025, she released
fabric presents Carlita, cementing her status among electronic music's elite.
About LP Giobbi
Leah Chisholm, known professionally as
LP Giobbi, is an American DJ, producer, and activist born on August 19, 1987 in Eugene, Oregon. A classically trained jazz pianist who graduated from UC Berkeley in 2008, LP Giobbi has become one of the world's most important voices in electronic music—known for her signature style of
piano house, her euphoric live performances, and her tireless advocacy for gender equity in the industry.
LP Giobbi's career took off after meeting
Sofi Tukker, who became key collaborators and mentors. In 2018, she co-founded the label
Animal Talk with Sofi Tukker and her longtime collaborator
hermixalot. In 2019, she and hermixalot founded
Femme House, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides workshops, bootcamps, online courses, and scholarships for women, gender-expansive, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ creatives in the music industry. The organization has partnered with
Alicia Keys' She Is the Music and
Emily Lazar's We Are Moving the Needle.
Her debut album
Light Places (2023) earned her
DJ Mag's Best Producer of 2023 and placed her among
NPR's Favorite New Musicians of 2023,
Spotify RADAR's Artists to Watch, and
Amazon's Artists to Watch. In October 2023,
Taylor Swift released LP Giobbi's official remix of
"Cruel Summer"—a career-defining moment. In September 2023, she launched her label
Yes Yes Yes under
Defected Records. Her sophomore album
Dotr was released in October 2024 via
Ninja Tune's Counter Records, featuring collaborations with
Brittany Howard,
Sofi Tukker,
Portugal. The Man, and more.
LP Giobbi's catalog includes remixes for
RÜFÜS DU SOL,
Bob Marley & The Wailers,
Calvin Harris,
Diplo, and her beloved
Grateful Dead (through her
Dead House project). She has performed at
Coachella,
Tomorrowland,
EDC,
Red Rocks,
Fabric London,
Amnesia Ibiza,
Ushuaïa Ibiza, and headlined the
Oregon Country Fair as its first-ever electronic act. She also serves as
Global Director of Music for W Hotels.
