OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

We recognize the importance of your personal information, both to you and to us. This Privacy Statement outlines how we handle your personal data and informs you of your rights under these regulations. 1) Sponsor

The Booketing Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Booketing LLC, located at 6720 Via Austi Pkwy, Las Vegas, NV (“Sponsor”). This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Bar & Restaurant Expo, and participation is voluntary.

2) Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to anyone that is at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.

3) Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on March 24th, 2025, at 8am PST and ends on March 26th, 2025, at 6pm PST (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

4) How to Enter

Participants may enter the Sweepstakes in one of the following ways:

1. Survey Entry – Complete a short survey at Booth Number # 1418 during the trade show.
2. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) – Enter by dropping off a business card at the booth or submitting your name and email via an entry form at Booth Number # 1418

Limit one entry per person regardless of entry method. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

5) Prize(s)

The winner(s) will receive a $250 Visa Gift Card Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution is allowed except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the winner.

6) Winner Selection and Notification

The winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on [Date]. The winner will be notified via email 2 days after the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner may be selected.

7) Publicity & Privacy

By entering, participants agree to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. https://booketing.com/privacy/

8) General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes for any reason. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.

9) Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release Sponsor, Trade Show organizers, and their affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries arising from participation or acceptance/use of the prize.

10) Governing Law

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the state of Nevada, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Clark County Nevada.
